"Esta hermoso el hotel y el desayuno delicioso. La habitación necesita un poco más de limpieza, encontramos el baño con varios cabellos y vellos. También dl lavabo estaba sucio, tuve que limpiarlo. La cama estaba cómoda y la habitación estaba bastante amplia, un poco oscura ya que solo había una ventana que daba a otro edificio.El tour que te ofrecen le encantó a mi esposo. La zona es hermosa"

"This is one of the best hotels I have been, the staff is so kind and friendly, even Molly the cute owners dog. They care about every little detail, breakfast is amazing and you have a variety of options. If you are not driving they can arrange a taxi for you (it is no expensive). I would definetly recommend this place and will come back for sure. "

"The property is great . However, the management was not helpful for an unpleasant situation: the water stopped running in the middle of my shower .when I brought it up to the lady at the front desk she shrugged it off without the slightest attempt to find a solution. I sent an email to the manager and received no answer. I delayed the evaluation for 3weeks + to give them a chance for service recovery. Never happened "

"The room stinks. The carpet was dirty. Very poor insulation of walls and windows since we could hear the conversations from the next rooms, the noises from the parking lot and the screams and music from a large party that took place on the floor below. We couldn't rest."

Couldn't get hold of staff after we had spoken earlier in the day and they had confirmed they would still be on site when we arrived, a couple staying there had pity on us and helped us call the staff, etc. We ended returningthe favor to another late group. Room was nice, clean, and spacious. Small restaurant /bar eas nice."
