"This place was a nightmare. They put my son and I in a room right next to the bar and there was screaming and yelling and fighting in the parking lot all night. It didn’t just disrupt our sleep. It was scary as hell. I called the office several times they didn’t do anything about it. Do not stay at this place. It’s not safe."

"Kudos to the breakfast team. It was fresh, healthy,
a great variety, coffee fresh, hot and delicious!
The 2 ladies staff members we encountered were very attentive and amiable. Lilly was observed keeping the place clean and around the tables and guests. The other lady kept replenishing the food and helping guests including me with needs to make our breakfast a true experience. Thank you Staybridge management for making this hotel exceptional! "I do not recommend this hotel at all. The cleanliness is terrible, and that’s the most basic thing you expect from a place you’re staying at. From the moment we walked in, the floor was sticky and dirty—it felt completely neglected. The bathroom was simply disgusting: the sink had built-up grime, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.
The freezer area was also in very bad condition, with visible residue and dirt, clearly something that hasn’t been cleaned in ages. In the room,...

"Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed for a night, it was decent. The manager on shift was really nice and upbeat, the location was convenient for where we were headed the following morning.
We just had sugar ants and the freezer of the mini fridge was basically frozen over with a chunk of ice. That's about it."

"They have been remolding for a year. The room had 1 chair ask for another none available. Flooring not finished. Air condition was noisy. The bath room had no area for make up etc.. the bed was nice( was just replaced).
Breakfast was ok. Prefer yogurt individual not from a machine. Overall ok but should complete the rooms before offering them to customers."

"There is an undisclosed upcharge ($75) for pets. I have no problem with paying a fee, but it should be clearly stated when pricing is shared. The hotel was great for our needs- clean, friendly and conveniently located for us. The breakfast was slightly different each day, with some form of eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, sausage of some sort, and various beverages. We enjoyed our stay and will use Hampton Inn in Plant City next time we visit. "
