"The room was clean and stocked with everything it should be. The only problem I had was with my room key. Twice I was locked out of my room and had to go down to the front desk and have them reactivated. Nice breakfast choices. Coffee so~so. I mainly went out for Starbucks."

"When I went to check in I was told the water was being shut-off from 10:00-5:00 for the first two days of my stay. I went to my room to contemplate if this was going to work for me. Went into the bathroom and the soap dispenser was broken off the wall laying on the counter. One of the toilet paper holders was broken. I opted not to stay. They did offer to refund all of my money with no penalty. Which they did."
