Small mini market in the immediate vicinity (600m from our house), but the large shopping center with large supermarkets (LIDL) are all within 10 minutes drive from us.
As for the beaches, there are a number of bathing areas and beaches in the immediate vicinity. In the bay, within 1500 m, there is a bathing place used by the locals.
The larger popular bathing beaches / beaches are within 5-15 minutes reachable from us. The possibilities are endless.
It's best to have a car so you can explore it.
The host city of Pula is 10 km from the property, which you can explore on your own.
During the summer months film festival in Pula, which will take place in the arena.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich top ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts, und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Die Ausstattung ist modern, sauber und durchdacht, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlen kann. Besonders der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen und Abkühlen nach einem langen Tag. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich, man merkt, dass sie viel Wert auf ihre Gäste legen. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!

We had a very pleasant experience here at Villa Mediteran. Everything was very clean and appealing. The location is within a short drive of all the convenience one needs. The owners are very friendly and helpful as well. I can absolutely recommend this house.

Alles war wirklich wunderschön

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Anwesen. Schon beim ersten Anblick war alles perfekt: Die Türen öffnen sich und man wird mit einer tollen Aussicht begrüßt. Palmen, Olivenbäume und im Hintergrund sieht man einen wunderschönen, blauen Pool schimmern. Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern. An jedem Fenster und an den Terrassentüren befinden sich hochwertige Fliegengitter. Der Gastgeber hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben über Aktivitäten. Strand ist in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar, im Ort gibt es Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen. Wir haben super entspannt und die Kinder hatten eine schöne Zeit. Wir kommen wieder!

Schön und sauber

Super Villa mit allem was man braucht, sehr nette Vermieterin. Falls Probleme auftreten werden sofort gelöst. Sehr ruhige Lage allerdings wenig Restaurants und zu schönen Stränden etwas weiter.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schönem Haus und Garten

Wir haben uns in Haus und Garten sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man so braucht; der Garten mit Schatten- und Sonnenplätzen und dem erfrischenden Pool ist sehr schön gestaltet. Ein gutes Restaurant ist zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele tolle Strände und interessante kulturelle Eindrücke bekommt man in einer Entfernung von 10 bis maximal 80 Kilometern (z.B. Pula, Rovinj, Porec). Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub!

Wundetschönes Ferienhäuschen

Sehr schönes modernes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool und Tischtennisplatte in ruhiger Lage. Super ausgestattete Küche. Konfortable leise Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. Schönes Lokal in 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Medulin und in 20 Minuten in Pula. Strände sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub.

Wohlfühlhaus

Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet und sauber - einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden; wie zu Hause. Die Fliegengitter und Jalousien sind herrlich. Viele Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar. (z.B. Pula, Premantura, Fazana etc.) Vielen Dank an die freundliche Gastgeberin Jasenka, die immer hilfsbereit war, gute Tips gab und auf Anfragen schnell reagiert hat.

Schöner Urlaub in tollem Haus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, liegt ruhig und verfügt über einen tollen Pool. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Jasenka (der Vermieterin) war sehr nett und problemlos. Bei Fragen hat Jasenka schnell geholfen. Das Meer wie auch Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Einfach toll!

Uns hat das Ferienhaus sehr sehr gut gefallen. Wir alle waren von dem tollen Pool begeistert und die Ausstattung des Hauses war vollkommen zufriedenstellend. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar (z. B. Strand 1,5 km, kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war total problemlos und auf Deutsch. Jasenka hat uns bei allen Fragen rasch geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten und tollem Pool. Sehr sauber und topp ausgestattet. Ländlich und ruhig gelegen. Nah am Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kurze Wege nach Medulin und Pula. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieterin. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Traumhaft

Es war alles traumhaft ! Sehr schönes Objekt, dass auch viel Privatsphäre bietet. Kommunikation mit Jazenka war einfach und unkompliziert. Toller Pool, tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber! Das Dorf war sehr idyllisch und größere Städte nicht weit entfernt. Wir waren überaus zufrieden.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Es war alles da was man so braucht. Die Betten waren hervorragend, endlich mal keine Rückenschmerzen im Urlaub. Die Vermieterin war stets ansprechbar per WhatsApp und hatte Tipps parat. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönes Ferienhaus, gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Der Wohnbereich ist großzügig gestaltet. In der Küche findet man alle notwendigen Utensilien. Prima waren die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen. Der Pool war immer sauber. Handtücher bekamen wir ausreichend. Schön auch, dass es für die Liegen Auflagen gab. Eine Ablagemöglichkeit bei den Liegestühlen wäre noch praktisch gewesen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereich. Auf Grund der Corona Situation war in Liznijan recht wenig los, deshalb können wir hier keine Bewertung für Restaurants etc. abgeben. Für 4 Personen ist das Haus wunderbar.

Ferienhaus mit Pool in Liznjan

Uns hat die Woche im Haus von Jasenka und Samir sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang war herzlich und es hat im Haus wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Sogar Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten haben wir bekommen. Wir können das Haus mit dem tollen Pool nur empfehlen und kommen selbst auch gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub

Nach Buchung erhielt ich von Frau Jasenka alle Details per WhatsApp, sogar mit GPS Daten. Der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Alles tip top sauber. Der Pool war ein Traum und unsere Kinder wollten ihn kaum verlassen. Von der Küche hat man die Kinder im Blick. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und wir hatten ausreichend frische Handtücher. In allen Räumen gab es eine Klimaanlage. Alles Nötige war in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Bis zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
