"This is the 3rd time I stayed at the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located with a big mall right beside it with so many restaurants inside to choose from. There is also a huge supermarket at the far end of the mall. The electronic market HuaQiang North is just like 5 minutes walk away. The washing machine was not working in our room so we called the front desk. A technician came in a timely manner but was not quite able to figure out a solution and indicated the unit would need to be...
