"Breakfast was good, parking was fine, beds were super comfortable, pillows too soft. Found a bottle of antibiotics in our room when we got there so not sure about the cleanliness of the room. Great hot water in the shower and i liked the shampoo and conditioner in the shower!!"

"The Staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were slightly outdated and the double bed that I had could have been a bit more comfortable. The location was close to numerous amenities. The property was well maintained and clean . I would recommend this place if I was staying in the Hamilton Niagara area."

"This hotel offers patients who are having surgery or visiting the hospital discounts on their stay make sure you check in directly with the hotel or ask Expedia to reduce the rate that is posted if you are in fact doing a hospital stay. I am asking that Expedia refund some of our money to reflect that discount "

"We were staying there because we had a wedding venue close to the hotel. Upon returning for the night. We found water and an ice bucket waiting for us. As well on checking in a small cake with fruit berries. "

"The room was very outdated. We were desperate and needed a place to spend the night. The curtains were hanging off the windows. The chair arm rest was broken. The room had an odor. The bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. We got the hot tub room and after cleaning it ourself that was the only nice amenity. Half of the lamps didn’t work. The AC looked like it was going to fall out the wall. This hotel was not great. Nothing like the pictures. Don’t even waste your money. "

"The hotel and room were all very nice. The breakfast was very good. However, we were there when an entire travel hockey team of middle school kids were there for the night. The kids were completely unsupervised while they were in the hote swimming pool and hot tub. The hot tub said no more than 5 people at a time and there was 15 of them in there. The kids were throwing furniture into the pool. The parents were in the next room not even aware of what was happening. One kid about 15 years...

"Properly was clean . Lots of area out back with picnic tables to sit on a nice weather evening. I saw a skunk wandering by the garbage area and was told that they are a bit of an issue. Bed was comfortable rooms were updated . No Kuerig in room just a old coffee maker with average coffee. I would stay there again if working in the Burlington Oakville area"

"This place is disgusting. Stayed for 1 night because Around the Bay and wish we had walked out. Room smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in, cigarette burns on the sheets and duvets. Missing pillowcases on the beds, garbage left behind the peeling furniture. Table had greasy hand prints. Never anyone at the desk to help or answer the phone. Hotel is in a super sketchy area of Hamilton as well. Stay away. "
