The Property:
Location, location, location! Our home is about 1 mile from anything you potentially need on your vacation, but even closer to the water.

Food Lion and several restaurants are 1 mile further down Eaton Ferry Road, making it perfect for those last minute stock ups every vacation is famous for.

Our property comes with its own dock, so there's no need to worry about the hassle of trying to time an arrival to the water's edge. Just take a quick stroll down the gravel path (feel free to rest at the fire pit along the way!) and you're at the peak of bliss in no time.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house. We do ask that the house is treated with respect during your stay. Please note we have a shared driveway with our neighbors- we ask that you do not block the circle drive so all vehicles can easily enter and exit the driveway.

The dock is also available for use. Inside the dock shed are some water noodles and extra chairs, as well as an umbrella for extra shade. The umbrella stand is already attached to the table at the dock, so just insert the top section and it’s ready for use.

The boat lift is available for use, however, it is only set up for V-hull type boats 22ft or less in length (most wake/ski boats). It is NOT compatible with a pontoon or a tritoon, and we kindly ask that you use the dockside parking for those types of boats.
If you use the boat lift we do request that any/all ballast tanks be emptied prior to placing your boat on the lift to help preserve the integrity of our lift cables.

★ We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.

★ We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

★ A service fee of $25.00, in addition to shipping charges, will be applied for the return of items left at the property.
