"We received a warm welcome, and was quickly shown to our room - which was an ideal size for us. We enquired about parking and an Indian restaurant before we went up. When we came back downstairs, we were presented with a map and other information relating to our query. The people that clean the premises do an excellent job - everywhere was spotless. There was a very good selection for breakfast - every taste was catered for. The English breakfast was freshly cooked, antd asted as good aaslooked...

"Pretty much all uphill from the City Centre, then the driveway is steep, then our room was on the top floor up two flights of stairs, a real thigh burner but we loved it. A warm welcome, a comfortable bed, a lovely breakfast. Only downside was the coffee. We will be back (and bring our own coffee pods)."

"Lovely boutique hotel, a five minute walk from the centre of Bath. Beautiful building with character and style, rooms are very pretty, spotlessly clean and the staff cannot do enough to help. Very quiet too, it’s rare not to hear any noise from other rooms or the street, but i didn’t. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the charm of Bath. "
