"Alex, the property owner, was delightful. He was welcoming, offered to assist us with our luggage, and asked us to contact him at any time during our stay if we needed anything or had questions. The artistry and decorating in the cabin was amazing. The cabin was spotless and equipped with all the essentials. The forest setting is beautiful, private, such a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. We highly recommend staying at Miracles on Polly, it’s lovely! Grocery store / gas...

"Great. Cottage and location"

"Great place. Plenty of space. There were 4 of us adults and could have easily accommodated more. Large space. Outside on deck, BBQ and all utensils you need, sit back and enjoy the view of the water and boats. Absolutely beautiful! Lawn chairs and fire pit to use. Could not ask for anything more!"

"Large one bedroom apartment with all you need. Quiet location. Not much to do in Georgetown. Wheelhouse restaurant was worth it, nice patio. Close to Montague which was worth a visit for any amenities."

"The house was the perfect setting for our family vacation. It had four separate Bedrooms that fit our family's needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and three of them had en-suite bathrooms, making it very private for most everyone. The layout of the house provided lots of room for everyone to do their own thing, even though we spent most of the time on the back deck enjoying the beautiful sunny weather and breathtaking view of Orwell Cove. Dean was a great host and even visited when we...

"Location perfect. Great sunsets. Cottage is very nice, just needs to be tightened up a bit( back door ), as lots of bugs get in house. Back door doesn't lick. But overall, very goodas lots of spiders & other bugs "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mink Basin Cottage. This was once a family homestead of ours, and it was truly special to revisit and relive some cherished memories. The hosts were amazing—thoughtful and welcoming—and even surprised our children with some toys as we were leaving."
