"If you're look for something away from the crowd of the marina or off the beaten path, this is for you. Allen is still in a building phase but everything was perfect. The private beach area is absolutely dreamy and rental had everything we needed. It was clean, well appointed, and has the best views. Also- Allen was really helpful and informative about dining and local options. "

"House is perfect for a party of 4. Location is excellent and the private dock is awesome. Joanne the caretaker is amazing. She cares and helps however she can. Only suggestions I have is improved dredging around the dock to avoid the boat motors hitting bottom "

"Little Palm Cottage is an awesome property! My husband and I, as well as two other couples, rented this property over Memorial Day Weekend. "ONLY issue was in the neighborhood……our cart was chased by an angry looking dog which caused us to our side of the loop and not the smoother road on the other side of the loop. This house is a perfect location, mid point between town and Seaspray marina, next door to Firefly and only 5 minutes to Abaco Inn. “Private” pool is nice if you ignore the security cameras on the outside of the house. The washer/dryer is a bit unreasonable at 75.00 for the day. We WILL stay there again."

"This house and property is beautiful! Beautiful landscaping and furnishings. Truly a perfect vacation spot with beautiful views. Chase is the house manager and he is so helpful and accommodating. Very easy going and will take care of any needs. He also cooked one night for us. Best meal of our stay! Thank you Chase! You won’t be disappointed in booking this property!! Perfection!"
