"All in all, it exceeded my expectations!"

"Breakfast was tasty. Room was clean. The view was top notch - you have the Ella Rock right in front of you, especially from the restaurant on the second floor. Note that there is no elevator to the restaurant, and that it only serves breakfast and not lunch or dinner. There is also no A/C or fans in the restaurant so it can get hot when you eat. "We really appreciate our star at this place. It is a unique place with a service with care and attention. We were able to relax in the nature. We took the cooking classes and it was a wonderful experience. Great food. Near the Waterfall. Peaceful and quiet environnement. Perfect for nature lover indeed !"

"We arrived around 6.30pm during a crazy storm, the down pour was full on. The signs could be clearer, our driver struggled to get up the steep hill so we walked with our bags. Staff were great, had dinner in the room and cocktails, tasted great. Room was nice with great views. We would happily stay here again. "

"There was no housekeeping drive in our room when we checked-in. The floor was dusty, there were insects , lizards , cobwebs , spiders and everything else you can imagine in our room. The staff was not at all cooperative. The quality of the materials used for construction in the room are very poor. Not at all value for money. Only the staff at the restaurant were friendly and accomodating. The air conditioner in the room also started leaking."

"The view was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately the hotel booster pump was directly above our room, & could hear it running all night. The booster pump noise was completed by the smell of the septic tank coming through the bathroom vent, adding to the negative experience of the hotel. The hard mattress and the lack of bedding was the icing on the cake. You’ll probably want to find different accommodation. "
