  • Set in Lisbon’s Baixa Pombalina district, this is a spacious and cosy apartment, well decorated and with castle views and private parking included. It is located in the heart of Lisbon, only a 2-minute walk from Rossio Square and 5-minute drive from St. George's Castle. Surrounded by all kind of services like transports, supermarkets and restaurants. This is the perfect place for you or your family.

    This apartment is situated on brand new building in the Downtown district. It offers great comfort and has lots of charm. You will find a modern living room with a sofa bed, a spectacular bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a baby cot and high chair. Cable TV, WiFi internet access, 2 fans and 2 heatings are available.

    It is a perfect place for a couple, friends or even a big family vacation! Right in the Martim Moniz square, you will find taxis, buses, metro, and the popular 28 Tram! You will be a short walk away from Rossio, the city's main square and the heart of downtown Lisbon, from three subway stations (Rossio, Martim Moniz and Retauradores), and the Rossio Train Station. You will also be a few minutes away from the historical neighbourhoods of Mouraria, Alfama, Chiado and Bairro Alto.

    We are here to provide all the advice for a pleasant stay, and will do our best to help in anything you may need!

    - Check-in between 21h00 and 23h00 has a fee of 20€. Between 23h00 and 01h00 the fee is 30€.

Fall trip in Portugal

We loved this apartment. Ground floor unit which was nice. Apartment was as listed and had handy amenities like coffee and tea and fresh tarts for us on arrival and a host to greet us. The neighborhood was quiet at night, we felt safe together but it is located in a less desirable street with garbage on the road, and people living on the steps nearby. It is located on a hill so stairs or steep road walking to get home is required.

Great Location for Lisbon Visit

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with necessities such as TP, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and good supply of linens. The apartment is bright with lots of windows and blackout shades for night time. Furniture is comfortable, nice appliances and good WiFi. Juan was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. So well located for Metro stops and walking every where. Good choice!

Super appartement bien équipé et bien situé et le gérant très aimable et répond si il y a un pb. C'est la deuxième fois que l'on loue cette appartement et c'est toujours aussi bien et en plus accueil avec des pasteis de natas.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung mit Blick auf das Castelo de Sao Jorge. Die Wohnung ist neu, modern und hat alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sie liegt nur ein paar Meter entfernt von der Metro Station Martim Moniz.

Marta, sócia de Juan nos recepcionou muito bem. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, próximo a vários pontos turísticos, de fácil acesso ao metrô e aos elétricos (bondinhos) e ainda dispõe de garagem. O espaço é adequado para 4 pessoas, estava muito limpo e ainda recebemos alguns mimos de nossos anfitriões. Com certeza será nossa casa numa próxima viagem a Lisboa!

Large apartment, very centrally located

This large apartment was very centrally located within a couple of minutes walk to a tube station. We were greeted by the owner who enthusiastically gave us a tour of the property as well as lots of information on the attractions of the local area. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a view of the castle from all of the rooms. There was a supermarket and a couple of bakeries just below the apartment which made it easy to pick up a bit of food for breakfast. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning so it can get a little hot. We did have fans in the apartment and did have to have these on whenever we were in.

Perfekt lejlighed til jeres ophold i Lissabon. Fin udstyret lejlighed med den bedste beliggenhed. Ren og pæn. Man bliver modtaget af Juan, der giver en grundig introduktion til spisesteder og seværdigheder. Alt foregik fuldstændigt problemfrit.

Apartamento muito bom, excelente localização

Apartamento moderno, espaçoso e totalmente equipado. O facto de ter garagem é mais um ponto a favor. A localização é excelente, praticamente não usamos o carro.

Modernes Apartment in guter Lage

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in diesem Apartment. Es hat eine gute Ausstattung, ist sauber und zentral gelegen. Die Metro und die bekannte Straßenbahn Nr. 28 befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gleichzeitig ist man zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir können das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Excellent central location apartment

We have just returned from a week's stay at this apartment.We took the aero bus to Rossio and a short walk to the apartemnt where we were met by Juan who showed us around the apartment and gave us tips for Lisbon which were useful. The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a stay.The bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage and hanging space,In the main bedroom you had lovely views of the castle and the bed and pillows were comfy.The bathroom is spacious with a bath and shower and we were left plenty of towels .The kitchen had everything you would need fridge ,freezer,dishwasher microwave hob and oven and lots of utensils.We ate out on an evening but cooked breakfast each day in the apartment.There is a supermarket below in the square where you can buy everything needed. Lisbon is a very walkable city despite the hills and the apartment is in a great location with lots of lovely places to eat within 5 min walk our favourite place was miradero riberio the food market hall opposite casa do sadre station.We visited the castle,the view points overlooking Lisbon ,Alfameda district ,Belem train from Casa do sadre to Cascais resort ,train from Rossio to Sintra,the expo area and Parque Eduardo .We loved Lisbon and would recommend the apartment .Thankyou Juan for meeting us and the tips you provided.

Fabulous

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The apartment was bright, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, had a lovely view of the castle & is very centrally located. We also found Juan's recommendations about restaurants & sightseeing activities in Lisbon very helpful. We would definitely return & highly recommend the Lisbon Mello Apartment.

Perfect stay in a fantastic holiday!

The apartment is new, perfect cleaned and in a central position in town. The Best, we think. Full refurbished and we loved a lot the multicultural bairros oF Mouraria. There are also free parking downstairs and Marta is a perfect host. Thank you for everything and we'll come back.

A perfect stay in Lisboa

We had some beautiful days in Lisboa. The appartement is located perfectly. You are in the centre in 2-3 minutes. The appartement is very well appointed, very clean and modern. The owner gave us a lot straight tips, so we found very good restaurants.

Great apartment near the city center

The apartment is located a walking distance from the city center with metro station very close by. The apartment is nice and clean and the service that we received was very good. I would recommend this to any of my friends who are planning on staying in Lisbon for their holiday.
