  • Summary:
    An opportunity not to be missed! Extremely rare 3-story house in the heart of Lisbon, with stunning views over the Tagus River.
    A modern building that preserves some of the classic features of Lisbon architecture, such as the almost 4-metre high ceiling on the first floor.
    Enjoy the terrace of more than 40 m² facing south.

    The Space:
    With 5 suites, one with a beautiful mezzanine, and 2 rooms in the attic (ceiling a little lower). The 5 bedrooms on the first and second floors have private bathrooms and are equipped with Smart TVs with cable TV and Internet access.
    All rooms have air conditioning, including the attic. Only exception without AC is the smallest red room on the ground floor with its access to the terrace.

    Guest Access:
    For bookings of 8 people or less, we reserve the right to limit access to some of the rooms for logistical and cost reasons, but always taking into account the needs of our guests.

    The Neighborhood:
    The location is undoubtedly perfect for a stay in Lisbon... 150 meters from the Baixa-Chiado metro, a few steps from Bairro Alto, Chiado and Baixa. Most monuments and museums within walking distance. Take a walk around the neighborhood and discover the most beautiful viewpoints and the famous elevators in the city. To visit Belém, Sintra or Cascais, take advantage of the train station just a few minutes from home. At the door of the apartment, you will find the most famous tram in the city (28) that will guide you through the alleys of old Lisbon, allowing you to stop at one of the many places to enjoy an authentic Portuguese meal!

    Getting Around:
    200 meters from the Baixa Chiado metro, which crosses the main metro lines in the city and 350 meters from Cais do Sodré station. One stop of the famous tram 28 at 50 meters, in addition to other lines. Nearby train stations (Cais do Sodré and Rossio). Uber and taxis at affordable prices.

Amazing Stay in the center of Lisbon

We rented this property for a week for my extended family of nine (6 adults and 3 children). There was space for everyone to have privacy and a warm inviting communal space downstairs. The location was fantastic!

This was the perfect place for our 15 family members to enjoy a holiday. Location was excellent: close to everything, sites, transportation, fab dining. Hosts were amazing. Communication was always quick and on-point. The couples in our party were thrilled with the bedroom/suites. No one felt like they had the ‘worst’ room—a definite plus! The two low-ceilings rooms at the top were relegated to the 7-15 year-olds. The stairs are not meant for older/taller beings. But the kids loved having their private ‘floor.’ The main dining / living area meant we were together and I didn’t worry about anyone feeling excluded. There was plenty of room for the 15 of us to play games, watch a movie, do Christmas crafts—all at the same time! I would not hesitate to book again at this property or with this host. 5 stars all around!!

Very deceiving

The pictures of the property are very deceiving, with no mention of a narrow staircase or a neck-breaking spiral staircase that accesses the third floor. The AC on the third floor did not work, it was well over 100° up there, and our host couldn't find anyone to fix it, our host really didn't do much of anything to make our stay pleasurable, members of our 14 person group left the property to find better accommodations at a hotel! The property is in a great location and surrounded by plenty of things to do! I wouldn't recommend staying there again. My first impression wasn't a great one!!
