"因婚礼场地考察，我和女友在文华东方广州住了一晚。酒店虽然开业较早，但维护得非常好，宁静优雅，一进门就好感拉满。 入住过程中最大的惊喜来自Nicolo。他在行政酒廊接待我们，专业又亲切，记得我们是来看场地的，主动帮忙协调，虽然宴会厅未能参观，但他特地带我参观了餐厅、酒吧、泳池和水疗，讲了不少小故事。晚上回房，竟发现他根据聊天细节准备了手写卡片、小礼物和纪念磁贴，仅仅一晚却用心至此，真的很感动。 同时想谢谢行政酒廊的Bella，温柔又专业；还有Cora，虽然没直接服务我们，但听到她与客人互动的语气，真诚又温暖。也感谢预订部的Sicilia Wu提前联系和帶我们看场地的Kiara - 非常感恩。 ..."

Four Seasons Guangzhou
"It is one of the best hotel in Guangzhou I’ve stayed in. Located above level 70 of the IFC, view from the rooms are spectacular! The staff were very helpful in making our stay memorable."

White Swan Hotel
"The environment of this hotel is excellent, very pretty and quiet. You will feel very relaxing. The staffs are very professional, helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. My room is facing the river, very excellent view. Highly recommend this hotel and I will come back again👍☺️"
