"Location great for overnight to the airport only 10 min drive. Had to go to other hotel across parking lot to check in and out, but easy. Had some trouble with the door lock. Shade wouldn't stay down had to use desk to hold it pinned against wall. Old microwave but it worked. Wouldn't want to hang out here, but I was only there 9pm-6am. Bed was fine and plenty of hot water."

"In all honesty, don’t stay here even for the price, the pool was the “nicest part” but really dirty and freezing, ALOT of sketchy people which is not normally a problem but there were undoubtedly questionable things happening on this property, it smelled terrible everywhere, even the room did not feel or look clean. "This place was terrible and I would not ever return! The outside doors did not lock. The building inside was in disrepair. The pool was closed for maintenance. The first room we were given smelled like wet dog (carpeting). The second room smelled better but was older and had blood stains outside the bathroom door. There were no screens on our second floor windows - really not safe when traveling with children. The exercise area had broken equipment. Breakfast was cold options. The front desk...

"Arrived with people outside staring at us as we unpacked the car went inside to check in and took forever to find the guy behind the desk. Turns out he was sitting ln the couch by the desk not watching. Checked in as got to the room to find water all over the floor from the freezer. Looked more into the room and saw the mirror was broken and the bathroom door was boarded up from being kicked in.could not stand the smell of the room. Would never stay here"

"Overall it was a solid hotel and the room was spacious staff were very friendly. The one very problematic piece was the rooms were not well insulated. We had difficulty sleeping well because you could hear tvs and voices in the surrounding rooms and loud footsteps from the room above ours. If the #1 goal of a hotel is a good night’s sleep, our family did not have that here."

"Our room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The hotel has a large outdoor patio with a great view of the river and access to the rec path. It’s also within walking distance to everything you'd want to do, see and eat downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a great restaurant and Starbucks on-site as well!"

"The shower had many issues. The curtain had a stain, there was mold in the corner and the drain was extremely slow. At one point, I had to ask for maintenance to fix the button that switches it from faucet to shower mode as parts had fallen out. The parking structure was ok until I realized its $25 a night just to park there! What a rip off, the room price cant cover this?"

"Our stay for 1 night was perfect! Bed and covers were clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and has a soap bar plus I brought my own Shampoo & Conditioner, so I didn’t need their 2-in-1 but I was glad to see they had a little bottle for those who might need one if they forgot. Price for the hotel was less than a $100 & next door to a Hospital in case of any emergencies, so it was well worth it. This is my second time coming to Sioux Falls and my second time at this hotel. Definitely recommend it!"
