Property was clean but the ac didn’t work and blew hot like it was stuck on heat. The room was 94 degrees. Asked for someone to come look at it and no one ever showed up.

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing. My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo. We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.

Property was very nice We probably won't come back though. Checked in went to the pool and no seats were available Mainly because of the policy where they allow the neighborhood to come in for a $30.00 fee for the day That should NOT be . Hotel guests should always have preference
