"Upon arriving to the hotel I was immediately met with a warm welcome and smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and I was even given an upgrade which was a nice bonus. There was such a sweet note and dessert in the room on arrival. Staff have been friendly throughout my entire stay, always offering a warm welcome or helpful advice. "Hotel was great. Reception staff not well trained and long queue. Taxi drivers outside the hotel are criminals - charged me 60 Euro to drive to Market Square for what should cost Euro 15. When I resorted to reception the situation they said nothing they could do as táxis as charge what they like (which sounds very unlikely) but the hotel needs to warn guests not to use these taxis. It’s not OK"

"Place was very comfortable. Close to transit and very central location. Checkin was easy code and they had a storage room we could use after checkout. Shower was good pressure. No street noise. It had a washer dryer combo and we didn’t realize it takes like 9 hours. But worked, we just needed better planning. There was a kitchen and we did make dinner/food some meals. "

"My first time stay at a BOB W apartment and won’t be the last. There was a lot to like about this. The size of the apartment big enough to stretch out in yet not too big for one person. Coffee machine with good coffee was a highlight. "I loved staying at Pier 4. It was just a few minutes walk from the harbor front where you could get ferries and also boat tours. Lovely roof top gardens and bar. If I visit Helsinki again I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else!"
