"The location wasn't terrible. However that is about the only good thing going for it. None of the pictures matched the experience. I get the pool is out of season, but it doesn't look like they've maintained it in years. The rooms are so poorly lit. The bathroom was tiny and we nearly slipped in the shower since the tub is so small. Despite all the no smoking signs we still could smell both weed and smoke. "All the staff was friendly and welcoming. I had a dog with me so I stayed in a room that was used for people who travel with there pets. The 1st room smelled and had a yellow stain on the carpet behind the door. I wiped it with a tissue and it was still wet. Wasn't sure what it was so asked for a new room. The women at the desk was great and got me into another room. It was clean but looked like it could use a update. The water smelled like dirt and tasted like dirt. My dog wouldn't drink it so...

"Wait outside 20minutes on freezing weather and ring a bells until person who sleep inside wake up . After wake up this person start screaming on us( why we ring a bell and and make phone calls on work phone) Terrible service"
