"This was my first stay at Towneplace Suites. Pros: Comfortable, clean, spacious room, very kind and helpful staff. Great amenities very close by. I was traveling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Cons: My only real "complaint" is that some semi trucks used the street directly behind the hotel for overnight parking and were very noisy. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but it was annoying. Overall it was a nice stay, and I would stay there again!"

No breads Waffle maker dirty Options were egg Waffles Thts all No fruits refill. Bathrooms have mold Hair in shampoo bottle No soap refills No hair dryer For a room with 3 guests they only gave 2 towels Stains in bed headboard do they even wipe that"

"Location was convenient. Staff was possibly understaffed as some were very direct and rude. One even reprimanded me for getting two breakfast items with same tongs. I get it, however they were very rude about it. Carpet smelled dank. Additionally, the second night there were loud teenagers running up and down the hallway and barking dogs till 4 a.m.. We got no sleep at all the second night. I reported the events going on, however they said they had no staff to monitor and they would look into...

"There is plenty of parking. Location is good. Room is a bit dated. TV didn’t work. I have stayed at quite a few Hampton Inn’s and it was a little disappointed in the breakfast here.. The ground at the front desk was super nice. Overall, it was an OK stay. Nothing exciting."

"Staff was friendly and hotel was very accommodating for my request. Rooms very clean- newer hotel with secure gated parking. Breakfast was good! Lots of places to eat within a 5-7 min drive. Highly recommend. "

"Clean rooms. Slightly higher grade than your typical two-star Hotel. Breakfast was okay though I was expecting at least waffles and hot scrambled eggs for a Hilton hotel"

"I could write an essay... The staff was lovely. The pool and hot tub was great besides the semi trucks picking up the debris from renovations. Stacks of toilets and bathtubs and mattress outside the window hot tub area. I was informed that there are renovations happening. The front disk clerk told me and I choose to have a room on the first floor because she told me they don't have rooms that have been renovated and have bathtubs. The front desk check in also said it would not be happening...
