"first of all, 4 days without hot water and no solution just nothing the front desk can say or do, basically kills the entire stay. The breakfast is okay but the breads are not great. If this is really a hotel, everything must be working and working all the time, no if's or but's. Parking they charge $10/day whilst it should be open parking, again not good."

The AC unit was so loud in the room that I woke up every time it kicked on thinking it was a truck going up a hill. The bed was also squeaky. AND NO REFRIDGERATOR IN THE ROOM. Rooms were a paper thin you could hear every move above person made. Asked them if we could change to a different room but they won’t let us change.
