"We stayed here a couple of times previously. The property and rooms are very clean. Unfortunately, this stay provided very little sleep. Between 1 am and 4 am there was such a loud party above us that it disturbed the peace. It was obnoxious. We did report it and hoped it would be heard and managed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. "

The only problem was they had a sign on the door of the failed elevator which said they were working very hard to get it fixed but we were there 5 days and it was still not fixed when we left."

We asked if we could possibly leave our bags or check in early. Lucy jumped in and got us into our room right away. We were able to sleep, warm up and relax before heading out to explore.
