The staff was polite and the property was clean. The rooms are pretty basic . Paper thin walls (was woken up several times by noise in other rooms and the hallway), poorly lit. The most concerning was my room was given to someone else and they tried entering at 2:45AM, which was pretty upsetting. ...

I would highly recommend this property. It was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. Bob did a great job communicating all the property details before my arrival. It's just a 7 minute drive to SUNY Cortland. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice time here, house exceeded my expectations. The lake was beautiful to wake up to, I would bring my coffee out and sit in the chairs provided. Lovely neighborhood for a walk with a nice park down the road. Would come again!
