"Excellent!! Staff is what really makes this resort. Shout out to Val from front desk who literally remembers every single guest name in the hotel. Also, Vince (server/bartender) who took care of us. The complimentary trip to Papaya beach was the highlight of the our stay, thanks to Val for convincing us to go:)"

"Everything you need and more will be taken care of! From transportation from the airport to excursions and activities included. "In One word Spectacular… I stayed 5 days in the Garden Villa, and it was absolutely AMAZING!!. It was so amazing that I extended my stay for an additional 5 days. The property, The View, the Food and especially the staff were top notch. If I could I would stay even longer I would. I wil DEFINITELY be returning. "This is a beautiful place within 10-15 mins boat ride from the lagoons. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. The only complaint was a bit of rain coming through the roof at times of heavy rain. Staff cannot be more accommodating, friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome and right at home. "The staff service is unquestionable. Everyone is friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean and pleasing to the eye. Staffs are very attentive to guests needs and can be messaged 24/7.The road going from and to the property is not the most pleasant but they provide 24/7 transport which really helps. The property is very quiet and relaxing. If you need a place to relax, unwind and just enjoy silence, I recommend this resort!"

"The staff and the hotel is GREAT!!! The only complaint I have is the airconditioner NEEDS TO BE CLEANED WITH DISINFECTANT. many hotels don’t realize that when the smell of mold and mildew (common in tropics)is coming from the aircon that means the guests are breathing in mold and mildew spores which can make guests sick. I was put on antibiotics and was sick for a week. Highly recommend this happens or I will not be staying again. "
