"Lucked out finding this on Expedia! Older building but nicely updated and very clean. Staff is super friendly—Mr. Derek was amazing and went above and beyond. SUPER quiet, which I loved. For the price, it was a steal—king bed, full fridge, dishwasher, stove, and all the essentials. Bonus: accessible features already in place and free breakfast 6–9am. Highly recommend!"

"I was really impressed with my stay that I even booked an extra day! The beds are so comfortable and not to mention the air conditioning gets super cold. The over all hotel smells good and feels clean and on top of that, every staff was awesome."

"The staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice but we went days without new towels or new sheets after asking several times. We finally got housekeeping in the room on the last day of our 4 night stay and had to take our own trash out daily. Likely will find another property in the future "

"Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street."

"Carpet in hallway and room are old. Stained. Bathroom cabinet legs rusted and ugly. Outside the building is filled with pot smell. Breakfast isn’t breakfast. It is snack and not fresh at all. No bottled water in the rooms; you have to purchase water from the vending machine in the office. But for the price of the stay, it is ok. You get what you pay for , sometimes "

"A van blocked the front entrance when I arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk person who responded, "I. know." That was exemplary of every interaction I had with her. There was an employee smoking at the entrance every time I went in and out. Nice cloud to walk through and the van was there when I left to have dinner much later. Breakfast was sparse. The coffee was good. Although signage indicated ice on my floor there was none. No coffee in the room. Door was sketchy. Obviously an...

"The staff was very nice. The room was decent but we did have dry ramen noodles on the carpet. They had fleas in the room and we went to get snacks one night and my card was charged for the snacks but the worker made us put them back bc he said that I was t charged and the money would be back in my account by the next morning. It’s 2 days later and I still don’t have my money or the snacks I paid for. I would not stay there again if I could help it. "

"Such a cute little gem, right outside of downtown Lafayette. The house was lovely inside and out. The recent renovations and layout of the house makes it feel so much bigger than it is. The vaulted ceilings, and beautiful attention to details in the interior design made this a new place to stay when we visit! "

"Property is dated but has been kept up. Room was clean. Every member of the staff I came in contact with were kind and helpful Couldn't ask for more. Thank y'all "
