"Use them often they are well equipped with kitchens. Need the liner replaced on the top sides in kitchen but generally they are pleasant have air-conditioning which is amazing and hotel room facilities like toiletries tea and coffee and so on."

"The flat was fairly spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The living room has a sofa bed, as well. Kitchen and living spaces were clean and tidy. The kitchen could have had more cooking equipment, considering it was a self-catering flat. For example, there was a pot but no colander! Local area was nice and people were friendly. Easy walk to several bus lines. "

"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...

"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. "I loved that this property was in the heart of things. All kinds of shops very close. The train was just about a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were in the area. "

"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "Property location was excellent however parking is expensive and not always available. The property was not the cleanest and in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa was stained and curtain rail fell of three times. Kitchen hasnt got basic utensils. Couldn’t get into the apartment on multiple occasions but customer service were always helpful. "

"The location is very nice. Near the railway station. Easy to go to the City center. Shops and restaurants near the boat. Mark is a nice and helpful man. The onlydownside point;too many private stuff. Nog enough Spaces for 3 adults."

"My kids really enjoyed the animals and play area. Collecting their own eggs for breakfast was a real bonus. The bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Thank you!"
