A recently renovated holiday apartment located in the small town of Lierna on the shores of Lake Como, Casa Royale Appartamento Terra consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer (in the communal laundry room), wireless printer (for smart working, can be connected to smartphones), bottle warmer, hair straightener and a television. A cot and a highchair are available for an extra fee.

The nearest supermarket is in the town center, 200 meters from the house. In the town of Lierna you can also find the ferry service across the lake just 250m away, as well as bus and train service nearby. The nearest beach (Riva Bianca) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes (800m). There is also a hiking path in the area that goes from Abbadia Lariana to Colico, which is renowned among hikers. The nearest airport is in Bergamo, which is 1 hour away by car (55km).

Paid street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. A cot is available for a fee. A highchair is available for a fee.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

USB charging sockets are available in the house.

In the village square, there is an EV socket available for a fee. In the parking lot of the square you can also rent an electric car by the hour.

The building has a camera active 24/7. It is located at the entrance to the building and is pointed at the front door. The camera only records the moment the door opens for about 1 minute, the recordings are automatically deleted after 3 hours and there is no way to retrieve the images.

We had a wonderful stay in this adorable and spotless apartment in Lierna. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and I really appreciated all the little touches that made it feel welcoming (especially arriving to ice in the freezer). The host was especially attentive and went above and beyond by sending us the daily bus and train schedules to make our arrival smooth—such a thoughtful gesture!The location was excellent—just steps from the bus stop, which made getting to other towns around Lake Como convenient. Ferries also run from Lierna, though less frequently during the day, so having both options made exploring the lake easier.The only downside for us was the air conditioning—it didn’t cool the space as much as we’d hoped, even when set low. While it worked well enough to refresh us after coming in from the summer heat, we did wake up a bit warm at night.Overall, though, the apartment was lovely, cozy, and in a great location. With such a kind and helpful host, I’d happily recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Lierna!

The property was very cute and had a fantastic view! Close to transportation and easy to get to Varenna and Bellagio. Alessandra provided very helpful instructions and we were able to visit Varenna and Bellagio in the short time we had. Thank you! We loved the decor and had a wonderfull time! Would definitely stay again!

Great view

Nice location and great view. The ceiling are angled and low so bumped head a few times. The AC was not turned on prior to our arrival and we had to wait a long time for the place to cool down. No checking and parking information was provided until we reached out which delayed us checking in.

Stunning Views!

We loved our stay in Lierna! Better than listing! So many adorable touches! Comfy bed. Great shower. Washer and dryer is great! Quick walk to ferry and great places to eat. But best of all, that view!! Stunning!!

Truly A Diamond

Our family loved this apartment and our stay in Lierna. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the train station. Check in was very easy. Alessandra, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Although it would have been nice to personally meet her, it was easy to communicate with her using WhatsApp. The apartment was very clean and updated. The view of Lake Como from the apartment is spectacular! The apartment and the town of Lierna was very quiet. Not touristy like Varenna and Bellagio. Our apartment, however, was located 4 levels up, so be prepared to walk up a lot of steps. Some being very narrow. Our family wished we could have stayed there longer. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you Alessandra!

Peaceful and quaint Lierna

We loved our stay in Lierna. The apartment is so comfortable and quiet. It is perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Smart decorations and a beautiful view! We would love to return and bring the whole family.

Lovely lake view apartment

Wish we could have stayed longer at this wonderful home! The apartment was immaculate with everything you need. Location was a few minutes walk from the train and with gorgeous lake views. Neighborhood was quiet and minutes from the water and ferry landing, where we could access the rest of the adventures that Lake Como had to offer. Couldn’t have asked for more. Ale was a welcoming and extremely helpful host—very responsive to questions & with great recommendations about the area. Hope we can return soon!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick

Eine wunderschön gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit vollkommen unkomplizierten Checkin und Checkout. Die Ausstattung bietet alles und teilweise noch einige Dinge mehr welche man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt. Mit Hilfe eines netten Nachbarn haben wir auch den Zugang zum Objekt gefunden.
