"I dont no because I booked through Expedia and when I got to Best Western I had no booking there I spent 2 hours on the phone with Expedia and got charged extra to get sent to a different Motel the gentleman who was on staff that night was awesome that's all I can say about Best Western then I got a lot to say about Expedia if you want to hear you're more than welcome to call 360-721-3115"

From the desk staff (Dana, Zodell and others) to the room cleaners (Isabel and Abraham), they answered all of our questions and took care of us during our stay. The rooms were comfortable where you could spread out on the sofa or on the bed. The breakfast was always hot and regardless of the time, you never felt like you were scraping the pans for that last serving. They kept it full even if it was five minutes to closing. ...

For example, the bathrooms need new grout, and the edges where the toilet meets the floor are old and cracked. "advertised 1 queen but was actually a full. was scared to walk across the floor because it was falling through and sinking all over. the pillows were beyond used. like so far we felt the zipper when we laid on it flat. no life left whatsoever. the lopsided mattress was oddly comfortable l, either that or I was so tired and just fed up with the appearance... the smell. towels were super soft. customer service was phenomenal. I however wouldn't recommend staying here EVER. yuck. "
