Welcome to our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located in charming Georgetown, KY! Perfectly positioned on a large corner lot in an established neighborhood off I-75 for visitors to Georgetown College and the Kentucky Horse Park, this two-story home offers a modern and spacious retreat for families, friends, or groups looking to explore the best of central Kentucky.

Inside, you'll find a stylish and modern space that blends comfort and functionality. Each of the three cozy bedrooms provides a relaxing space with comfortable bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The open-concept living area is ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem! Our home is located minutes from several popular chain restaurants and coffee shops, as well as some local favorites.

Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced-in backyard, where you'll find a firepit — perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. Whether you're roasting marshmallows or simply enjoying the fresh air, it's the ideal spot to relax.

For some added fun, head to the garage where you’ll find a game room, complete with a ping pong table, corn hole, and a Kentucky-themed photo booth for capturing fun memories with friends and loved ones. Whether you're here to relax or entertain, this home has it all!

A Few Property Notes:
**With 3 beds, a queen air mattress, and a sofa, this home is best for groups up to 6-8 adults but may sleep up to 10 if children share beds.
**Our Smart TVs are connected to WiFi and will be ready for you to login to your preferred streaming service! Streaming service logins are not provided.
**The home will be stocked with a starter amount of basic household supplies. If you are planning to have a more extended stay, we are happy to point you in the direction of nearby stores if you need more!
**Please note that firewood isn’t included with your stay, but you’re welcome to bring your own or pick some up nearby if you'd like to enjoy the fire pit — there are a few local stores that sell bundles. We do offer firewood delivery for an additional fee upon request.

This property met all of our expectations and then some. We very much appreciated the ping pong table and cornhole boards in the garage. They provided a great way for us to unwind and enjoy time as a family. We also loved how centrally located it was to the local attractions. The beds were very comfortable and we found plenty of space for our family of 6 to sleep comfortably. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed a beautiful weekend around Lexington and Cincinnati and this was a great home base. We had everything we needed and while we were initially concerned about so many cars lining the streets of the neighborhood, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood proved very quiet and pleasant. We had a minor issue at check in but the owner was quick to respond and excellent to communicate with. It is a lovely, stylish home and we would stay there again.

Great Stay!

Just stayed one night but it was perfect. Location was great as we went to the Museum of Horse the next morning before continuing our journey. Was thrilled to find a blow dryer, as I had forgotten mine. Thank you!

Stylish and comfortable - with a garden tub

Great location close to very cute downtown Georgetown, convenient to the interstate and a quick 15 minute drive to the Kentucky Horse Park and Spy Coast Horse Farm. Several shops and restaurants within a few blocks of each other in downtown Georgetown. Very close to Lexington. Great communication with host including great recommendations for what I requested. House was stocked with coffee, tea, sweetener, and all the things you need in a kitchen. Beds were comfortable, blankets and linens were soft. Really cute outdoor area we didn't get to enjoy due to rain, really cute entertainment set-up in the garage. I really appreciated the hangers in the closet and that the showers had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and the sinks all had soap. Excellent decor and attention to detail. Photos provided in the listing are perfectly accurate.

Great place for Bourbon and Horses

This house was perfect accommodations for our group of 3 couples. It was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet. The location in Georgetown was convenient to Lexington attractions as well as to restaurants in downtown Georgetown. We recommend this VRBO highly.
