Shared balcony porch. Stunning views on a large lot. Quiet. Art Gallery on first floor. Yoga classes offered on Saturday morning 10am. Lots of amenities in the Bleubird Kitchenette next to guest rooms. Walking distance to historic downtown, shopping, restaurants and bars. Outstanding restaurants in neighborhood. Rooms have coded digital locks and independent access. 4.7 miles from Horse Park, 11 miles from Keeneland Race Track. 12 miles from Bluegrass Airport. (Bleubird Studio llc in Georgetown Kentucky.) Fun with friends

Met up with a friend for a couple days. Great location to stay. You can walk to restaurants and shops. The porch was wonderful to sit on and chat in the evenings. Jane was welcoming and so kind. She had thought of everything anyone would need for a stay there. Beautiful home and property.

Absolutely amazing!

Jane and her immaculate property lived up to what I was expecting. I would recommend it to anybody. It was absolutely beautiful. Jane thought of every amenity you could imagine, from slippers to eye masks to chocolate midnight snacks. Picture perfect.

Weekend in the Bluegrass

My stay was fantastic! Jane was so nice and accommodating and her home/studio is a perfect getaway destination in the Bluegrass. It is so colorful and beautiful, decorated impeccably! Probably the nicest place I have ever stayed in the area and hoping to book it again for the fall meet at Keeneland. If I could have rated it 10 stars, I would have! You will not be disappointed and if you like yoga and/or modern artworks, she has you covered on that too! Bravo Jane!! Hope to you again!

Beautiful property and perfect location!

If visiting the area, we consider staying with Jane, and Sandy🐾, an absolute MUST! Her place is incredibly beautiful and she is the best host you could ask for. The location is very centrally located to anything you want to do in the Burlington, Lexington, Louisville area and downtown Georgetown is such a cute area to walk around with some great food options! If you’re contemplating staying in the Georgetown area, look no further than Bleubird!

Best place I have ever stayed!

I was a photographer at the Kentucky horse Park and needed a place to stay for an extra night. I was going to book a hotel room, but SO happy I didn’t. This was literally the best place I have ever stayed at in my life. My short stay and I slept like a baby. This house is a dream and I for sure will be back! My new favorite place! Hospitality is Above and beyond! Thank you SO much!

Exceeded expectations!

From the moment we arrived the property owner was there to greet us, tour the property, answer questions, and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. There are 2 beautiful rooms that share a large second floor, very peaceful porch. The two rooms also share a full kitchenette which was perfect, allowing us to bring snacks from home, leftovers when we went out, and grab a late night snack when needed. The home and property look like it’s straight out of Martha Stewart Living. The decor and attention to detail will blow you away! Thank you, Jane and Sandy! We will definitely be back!

Railbird Music Festival Weekend

Bluebird Studio and Suites was absolutely wonderful. We came for Railbird Music Festival and it was the perfect place to stay. It’s about 30 mins from Lexington. The host, Jane, was awesome. Very communicative and welcoming. Everything was as listed and clean with lots of amenities. Would definitely recommend and hoping to be back!

The Bleubird Studio and Suites is AWESOME!!!!

First off, there are NO negatives to accommodations with The Bleubird Studio and Suites. It all begins with Jane, the owner-resident. Fantastic person!! 😇 A lovely, gracious spirit, Jane was outstanding as Host. Loved her sweet dog, Sandy, too. Everything was just as described in the VRBO website. Location: Excellent. Neighborhood: Excellent. Parking: Excellent. Clean room and facilities: Yes. The entire site was bright and inviting. Conveniences: Modern and Excellent. Bed and room temperatures: Very comfortable. Jane has an eye for all the "extras" for enhancing your stay. Good restaurants and attractions nearby. Chocomania, right down the street, satisfies your coffee, sweets, snacks, etc. needs. Galvins restaurant had excellent food and service! The geographic proximity of this place is second to none. Huge, upstairs porch on the front of the house, right outside your suite, that was fantastic to sit and unwind from a busy sight-seeing day, and to enjoy the sundown. Neat art gallery and yoga studio On-site for anyone so-inclined. I cannot stress enough how friendly, helpful, pleasant, attentive and interesting Jane is. More of a friend now, not simply an operator of a local establishment. I would highly encourage anyone to give this place a considerable look, rather than a local hotel stay. I have every intention of future return visits to the region, and they include my staying, once again, at The Bleubird! Five stars times five thousands stars review!

Peaceful location but close to town

Host (Jane) was exceedingly accommodating, personable and caring! Art gallery on main level was an extra special treat to see. Local recommendations were greatly helpful as well. Definitely would recommend this vacation rental as a good option if you want quaint peaceful accommodations without being in the fray of Georgetown but close proximity….. Thank you JANE !!

Bleubird studio is an oasis of peace

A beautiful and peaceful retreat that is unsurpassed! Do yourself a favor and stay for yoga on Saturday mornings at 10am to restore and refresh.

The Perfect Getaway!

The Bluebird Studios was fabulous! Jane was accommodating and made us feel welcome at every turn! The house is gorgeous with beautiful views of nature on all sides. The room was comfortable and classy. The extra touches really made this an enjoyable stay: fresh fruit, high end snacks, a well-stocked frig. She even had a tray of essentials like a lint brush which I had forgotten! We will definitely come back!

Acknowledge you live there

Beautiful property. Greeted by owner promptly. Instructions were given & looking back it would be to the owners best ability to acknowledge the visitors / people are paying attention to the fact there are “areas” that are not part of the VRBO. My spouse had indulged in a day of drinking in our trip prior to our arrival at Kneeneland and was NOT paying attention to the “private area” he was not to enter. Nor was there mention of the camera that was watching us in the “common area”. By the end of our stay I did not feel welcome; especially after being scolded like a child by the owner entering her unmarked private area. Mark the door to your private area. Make it clear you live there.

Nice location for KY Horse Park Visit

Jane was very accommodating and opened up her beautiful home for us to stay during our trip. Our shared kitchen was nicely furnished with coffee, teas and breakfast items. Our private bathroom had any essentials that we may have forgotten at home. Our only regret is that we were so busy on our trip that we didn't have time to just sit back to relax and take in all the beauty the home had to offer. Thank you Jane, Kelly and of course, Sandy!
