Relax with the whole family, with friends or with your special someone at this peaceful lakeside home and make a getaway to unwind and play. You’ll love the home away from home feel while also enjoying the wonderful amenities and location of the house. Serenity on High Rock Lake is a quaint lakefront home with picturesque views of High Rock Lake, located right off the main channel. Experience a sense of tranquility while you take a refreshing swim or float in the saltwater pool or just simply relax in the hot tub. Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming, and kayaking right off the private pier or float dock on deep water. You will be at peace while gazing at the water views from the boathouse deck, pool deck or dock. Discover multiple places thru out the back yard to enjoy sitting, dining, lounging by yourself or hanging out as a group. Once the sun goes down experience a sunset, grill your favorite meal and light up the firepit to enjoy some time together and roast some s’mores.
Inside the house you will discover upstairs offers a comfortable living room, a well equipped kitchen, two well-appointed bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), one full bathroom and a sunroom to both dine and relax in while taking in the beautiful views. Downstairs you will discover an open concept bedroom with both a full-sized bed and bunkbeds with twin xl mattresses, the laundry room and the second full bathroom.

* Boat ramp on property is too steep and you will need to launch boat nearby at Wildlife Access Area Public Boat Launch located at 886 Wildlife Access Area Access Rd, Lexington, NC 27292

Check-Out Instructions
- Leave beds unmade. No need to strip beds.
- Leave out any extra blanket, pillows, and towels that were used.
- Load and turn on dishwasher with any final dishes.
- Lock up house and have a safe trip back home.

We had so much fun!! Our 26 year old celebrated his birthday and the fur baby had a blast!!! The house was great, but we loved the outdoors, the pool, boat house, and we loved the dock!! Waking up and seeing the lake is so peaceful!! Thanks for sharing!!

This was a birthday trip for my 17-year-old daughter with her friends and me, and I have to say this place was awesome. There was loads of space, the views were beautiful, having a lake and a pool and a hot tub gave them a lot to do. Everything was very clean and nice and you can tell that the hoes think ahead for their guests. Next time I told my husband he could come with.

Great Lake access, very responsive property manager, wonderful extras (spices/games/toiletries), and a great atmosphere. If only Mother Nature would have cooperated and moved the rain and clouds along! Definitely enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

This place had all of the convenience of home and then some. Beautiful sun room that overlooks the pool area and river. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating. We would highly recommend this property.

Truly enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Especially the private pool and quiet cove. House very clean and fully stocked with anything you need or forgot. Love the fact we can take our dogs with us and the owners even left out extra bowls and dog treats. Would definitely recommend.

We had the most amazing stay! This house truly feels like a home away from home. The owners added so many personal touches to make the stay special from a s’more kit to the fire pit already stocked with fire wood to family games to play. The kitchen was fully stocked with condiments and spices and great cooking pans. We cooked with ease every night. The house is very clean and you can tell a lot of care goes into it. The location is amazing! My family had so much fun bouncing back and forth between the beautiful pool and the lake! We also used the kayaks which were really nice! It was a perfect stay!

The description of this place dosen't do it justice. It has everything you could want for a waterside vacation. The kitchen is the best equipped facility we have ever had in any rental. All sorts of special touches are evident with drawers full of misc. items to enjoy. The pool was wonderful. All the beds are comfortable.

We had the opportunity to stay at Kevin and Nicole's lake house over spring break and it was excellent! From the moment you walk in it is clear they take pride in sharing their home with renters. It was truly the cleanest VRBO we have ever been in AND they let your pet join you! All the extras were truly appreciated - s'mores makings, coffee pods, snacks, games, books, dog crate, leashes, treats, kayaks, the list goes on and on. The weather didn't allow us to really take advantage of all the outside space had to offer but it was a playground for water fun! Pool, dock with multiple seating areas and places to fish, fully stocked boat house and kayak launch. Makes us want to come back and visit again during the summer months. I still enjoyed morning coffee and reading in the enclosed sun porch with a gorgeous view of the lake! Communication was great, access to the house was easy, neighborhood was super nice and walkable and BEST OF ALL, check out steps were simple. Thank you Nicole and Kevin for sharing such a gem of a lake home!

We lived on High Rock lake for 17 years and it was great to come back for our neice's wedding. The Lake house was perfect for us! And there are so many little extra touches to make the house feel like home away from home. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we have experienced in vacation rentals. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. Beautiful views! We enjoyes the fire pit and the kayaks! Bravo to Kevin and Nicole!

I could go on forever with amazing things to say about this property. There was not one detail overlooked by the owner. Extremely clean, stocked with everything you need, I half expected to find clothes in the closets, in or size… lol Amazing lakefront location. Pool, hot tub, kayaks, games, snacks, the list goes on. We highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

This place was a sweet gem of a place Everything from the check in to the cleanliness of the place was as described on line with accuracy. We especially loved the porch off the kitchen as it looked right at the lake and the boat house deck was nice to sit on and if you had a big family would be perfect to dine on as well. We only wish the pool was heated or we could of used the hot tub instead. Great beautiful place to be with a family or good friends

We loved the sunroom and the beautiful views of the lake. The host supplies many amenities that other VRBO homes do not. Everything was clean and just like the photos. The host is great to work with. We had a great stay 😊
