  • Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo in our states capital. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new subway tile in the bath, internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while looking out over the courtyard.

    Just steps from local restaurants, such as Mexican and Pizza joints, grocery store, gym and barber.

Great place!! Would definitely stay there again. They had a list of suggested places to eat that was amazing, also had a surprise doughnut breakfast delivered to the door.

Info provided for directions was helpful since GPS did get confused... ours switched the names of the last 2 roads, but we were prepared and found it even though it was dark! It is a small condo, but worked for our purpose of a place to stay while touring some distilleries. Suggestion to help with the tiny bathroom... maybe another mirror with a table/shelf outside the bathroom or a table/ shelf in the bedroom so you could use the mirror there. Thank you!

Bourbon Trail Stay

Stayed here for a quick two day trip to some distilleries. Close to Buffalo trace, and was very nice and comfortable for the two nights we were there!

Long weekend for bourbon, wine, and horses

We stayed here for the Bourbon on the Banks festival, and easy access to area distilleries, wineries, and Keeneland. The location was great for easy access to downtown and area distilleries, and the space was perfect for just the two of us. We would definitely stay again.

My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay while on the bourbon trail and this was a perfect little place. It’s a central location between Louisville and Lexington. It’s also very clean inside!

Hreat place on a budget

This apartment complex isn't in the best area but it wasn't to bad and for the price it was wonderful. Very clean and convenient. We will be staying there each year we visit Kentucky.

Here’s the deal

The deal is the property was a great cheap place to stay. It was very clean and organized. The host sent a perfect detailed message the day of with instructions on how to check in. Neighborhood was a little interesting but nothing happened while we were there nor did we feel like we were ever in harms way. Would stay again!

Nice place to stay

The condo is small but fine for a couple. Located near a lot of restaurants and Buffalo Trace. The neighborhood is a little run down but the people at complex were friendly and quiet. The condo was super clean. Nice stay!
