Spacious Oasis in Lewes minutes from the Beach, State Park, and Trail

This spacious 3-bedroom ranch east of Route 1 in Lewes is perfectly situated to take advantage of all the attractions of coastal Delaware. With an open floor plan, the large living area blends into the dining area and kitchen, with three large comfortable bedrooms at the opposite end of the house.

Sit on the front porch to watch the sunrise or on the shaded back deck to watch it set. The house has a large front yard, a fenced backyard, and outdoor showers. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes are also available onsite. Conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks from the entrance to the Georgetown-Lewes Trail, where you can walk or bike to downtown Lewes, the beach, State Park, Cape May ferry, or continue into Rehoboth all from the comfort of a scenic bike trail. Easy access to grocery shopping, pharmacy, and dining, as well as major outlet shopping all only a few minutes away. Wonderful restaurants abound all around with some great dining options within walking distance.

Your dogs are welcome. See the House Rules listed below for more details. If you are bringing your dog (maximum of two), please make sure you include the pet fee (a single $250 pet fee per stay - NOT per dog), in your booking. The backyard is fully fenced to the ground with plenty of room for them to run.
This pet fee is the only additional fee for this property, and only applies if you are bringing your dog(s).

We had a wonderful time, this was one of the nicest beach houses I’ve ever stayed in! Highlights included a beautiful back porch, access to fresh tomatoes from a lovely little garden, being greeted by the caretaker’s very sweet dog, gorgeous open floor plan, and even a little electric car that my five year old could drive around in. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Wonderful house

Everything we needed was there waiting for us. The openness of the layout was great, all the kitchen supplies were new and excellent, back and front porches very comfortable. Good beds and seating for everyone.

Best place ever!

This place has it all. It is spacious, well-stocked, VERY clean, nicely decorated, and is located very close to Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. Kathy and Vito have thought of everything to make your stay a comfortable one. It is the best rental we’ve had in the many years vacationing in Delaware!

Fun on Lewes

Great for our multi dogs to run around & play in a fenced acre yard or porch. Open concept fit visiting family with all the necessary cooking & serving needs. Loved the availability of a washer/dryer.

In Love with Lewes, DE

This home was the most well-equipped and clean rental our group has ever experienced. The porch/deck/large property gates allowed our dogs to be with us whenever we were outside enjoying the day. The location was central to many activities. Since we were so near the trails, we walked 3 miles each morning with our furry family. The Bay beaches were so close we were able to walk with the dogs before 8:00 am, also. We explored the local activities like The Farmer's Market/Historical Society's Ghost Hunting/Dutch Museum/Light House, etc. Vito and Daisy were always available to help us with our needs. Local restaurants were delicious, especially Fish On which was one of the recommendation brochures left for us to try.

Clean, very organized and peaceful

My husband, young adult daughter and I stayed here for a week to take a beach vacation and celebrate my 50th birthday. We also brought our small dog. The property was perfect. The layout is very comfortable and open. Everything is modern and updated. The large deck and comfortable front porch are excellent outdoor spaces, and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Everything you need is at the house and carefully labeled by the owners for comfort and ease. The house is a short bike or car ride to town and the beaches. It was just what we needed!

Summer vacation!

I have been vacationing in Lewes my whole life. This was a wonderful home to spend the week with my family (including our 2 dogs). It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well equipped, plenty of parking for our vehicles and boat, and the location to everything was ideal. A very short drive to town puts you at the boat ramp or the beach, and a quick trip down Rt.1 puts you at the hustle and bustle of the Rehoboth boardwalk. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the fenced in backyard made the stay extra nice for our dogs. We will definitely be back!!

Nonni's Nest is Nifty

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful town of Lewes, Delaware staying in this gorgeous house. The beaches were close and wonderful. The little town was so beautiful and history rich. We were thrilled with Nonni's Nest. It was immaculate and had everything we could have asked for. The property manager was so welcoming and kind. The perfect home away from home.

Where do I start with this wonderful home!!! Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Anything you could possibly need was already there!! The house was immaculate and so spacious. Loved that everything was labeled and available to use. They thought of everyone from bikes and beach chairs to toys for kids and pets. If you are looking for a relaxing and fun filled week this is definitely the place for you. So convenient to all the beaches, restaurants and stores and last but not least Vito was amazing !!! Beautiful well maintained home.

Bright and clean. Fully updated with MANY extras. There are (7) Seven bikes at this property. I was planning to take a bike with us but decided it was too much trouble. How surprised was I to find bikes for the whole family! Every light switch in this home is labeled. OK if you. thin that's not a big deal you haven't sent much time in Verbo homes. What a pleasure to not have to wonder what each switch operates. Very big back yard. Fully fenced in, the dog loved it! I guess the only complaint I have is no bedding or towels, (there were a couple). We were well informed of this and brought our own but I would have liked having them provided. This is a great property in a very friendly neighborhood (everyone waves every time).

What a fantastic home… We had a great week in Lewes, Delaware. We brought our dog, and they thought of everything. The fenced in backyard and the gated back deck were perfect. The amenities were great as well… Beach chairs & umbrella, plus bikes available with the bike path only a block or so away. Thank you!
