"I was very pleased of the reception staff. We had an issue being true our flights had a very early arrival getting to the hotel around 06.00 am. The person there at that time (Ümit ?) was very arrogant and inflexible, however the rest of the reception staff later in the morning were really very very pleasant, collaborative and oriented to solve our issues, and that changed completely our experience during our stay in the hotel."
