It says free parking but only if it’s available - no real parking lots near by and on the road near by is 4 hours max and pricey.
Welcomed to the property with poo all over the steps so be careful.
Family room not family friendly - broken glass, loose cables, heater coming off the wall, window on the third floor that opens fully and can be very dangerous- we were in the family room so be careful. TV didn’t work, WiFi poor, boiling hot in the room. Messaged for help at 2pm when checking in and no reply until the morning.
Won’t be back and glad it was only one night otherwise we would have left.

"Location was great with beautiful view from the room. Close to restaurants, shopping and pubs. Ambiance sort of shabby Victorian. No help in luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs - no lift in our wing. Never shown around the property or spa. No a/c. Heat and towel warmer off for entire hotel. WiFi ..."
