La Pergola - Vacation Home with Garden and Parking

Our vacation home is ideal for those who want to stay in a quiet area just a stone's throw from downtown.
La Pergola is strategically located just a 7-minute walk from the beach and the nearest bars and shops.
The house is very bright, and the rooms are very spacious.
The kitchen is spacious, and the windows open onto the garden, where the pergola is located.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: an oven, a kettle, pots and pans, dishes, a freezer, and a refrigerator.
In the garden, the wooden and wrought-iron table and bench are perfect for dining outdoors and enjoying moments of pure relaxation.
In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub, washing machine, towel warmer, hair dryer, and essentials for your arrival (soap, shower gel, toilet paper).
The two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds) have closets and hangers for convenient storage of your clothes.
The beds come with two pillows per guest, mattress covers, cotton sheets, and bedspreads.
The master bedroom has a TV.
The house is equipped with everything you need for laundry (washing machine, drying rack, clothespins) and a cleaning kit (broom, dustpan, bucket, detergent).
La Pergola is easily accessible by car; for those arriving by car, a private garage and an outdoor parking space right in front of the house are available.

If you’re arriving at the train station with very heavy luggage, we can pick you up—just let’s agree on a time before your arrival.
