When we asked about it we were told it hadn’t been turned on yet and it was up to the manager to decide if it was hot enough. Our room was on the third floor - heat rises - it was too hot to sleep. The hotel has one side where there is no elevator access. The hotel description says it has an elevator. We would not have booked here if we knew we had to use stairs. "This is a lovely boutique type hotel that is beautifully done in the Art Deco style. The rooms are quite spacious, the shower is amazing, and the staff are accommodating. The restaurant is physically beautiful with tile work throughout, and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet offers many choices of hot food, cheeses, breads and pastries, and espresso drinks.
