"We had a great stay here. Breakfast was great, hot food items included with breakfast. Staff was helpful and accommodating. My grandchildren loved the pool and water temp was perfect. The top of the pool above the water level needs to be scrubbed but my grandkids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean and plenty of lighting which I like. I would definitely stay here again."

"The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. The front desk seemed under staffed. There was only one attendant and she was very busy. The breakfast is good except for the eggs. I've stayed 2x and the eggs are rubbery/hard but there are other options."

"Hotel was very nice, staff were great. Pool and "arcade" were a little disappointing. Pool facility is great, but they only open up the waterslides at 5pm when they also sell waterpark passes to the public. Wasn't much for the kids to do without the waterslides or waves so we didn't use the pool as much as we would have. "

"Overall the stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the property was very clean. The only negative I can report is that the hot tub discoloured my swimsuit but other than that the stay was perfect."

"Service was excellent. The hair dryer in the room was not working and the service rep on duty delivered another one to me within 5 minutes. The manager, Preet Josan was very accommodating when I arrived a little early for check-in which was very appreciated because I had a health meeting at 12:30 at the hospital."
