ROSE Vacances offers you this superb holiday home at La Chaume in Les Sables d'Olonne, in a quiet, family-friendly area just a few kilometres from the beach, forest, marshes, dunes and shops!

This two-storey house can sleep up to 7 people and is fully equipped to ensure you enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

With its sunny, enclosed garden, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!

On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a living room with a sofa bed for one adult, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and WiFi, plus a spacious dining room with table and chairs for enjoying a good meal! Separate WC.

A separate, fully-equipped kitchen with a scullery: oven, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Krups), etc. This room gives access to the veranda and garden.

On the night side, there is a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a wardrobe and two bedside tables, and an adjoining shower room with shower, washbasin with cupboard, towel rail and hairdryer.

Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with two 90cm beds, bedside tables and cupboard and a third bedroom with a 160cm bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and cupboard.

For a fun day out: a pétanque bar with a warm and friendly atmosphere is located next to the house, where you can enjoy a game with friends or family (in summer, the outdoor bar closes at 10pm, and there is live music every Thursday evening).
