It has 3 bedrooms, including 1 on a mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities: skiing, sledging, dog sledding... The choice is yours!
It is fully equipped and will be perfect for a ski holiday. It has been recently refurbished and has underfloor heating. To access it, you will need chains or snow tires in winter.

It includes 1 to 2 parking spaces, Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Iron and Hair Dryer.
You can also enjoy a splendid view of the valley.

All mountain activities are nearby: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, tobogganing, hiking... and even dog sledding and ski joering!
You can also explore Chamonix (just 20 minutes by car), or take a trip to the Aiguille du Midi.

Local shops are located in the center of Les Houches, 10 minutes by car. ATTENTION if you do not have cars renting this cottage is complicated.

## Emplacement
Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical small mountain village. Capital of alpinism, Chamonix and its region are much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog-sled rides, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...).
Other tourist places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery can be discovered all year round.
