The Gründerzeit-era building in which the apartment is located is right on Jahnallee, placing it centrally between downtown and the arena & stadium.

Thanks to the nearly 4-meter-high ceilings, the apartment feels airy and flooded with light.

With three rooms that can accommodate up to eight guests, there’s plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy.
The living room features a large couch that can also be converted into a sleeper sofa. The dining area is also located here.
Across from the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, etc.

The bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment. One of the bedrooms sleeps 4 people and includes a workspace.
The other bedroom features a double bed and its own TV.
The apartment is rounded out by a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
