"Great place to stay. Small kitchen and close to grocery stores. We were able to store our luggage while we travelled over to Paris for a few days. The fee was very reasonable. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. "

"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. "Apartment was nice and tidy. There was missing some dishes, like glasses. There was no elevator and our apartment was in third floor. One of our guests was in wheelchair, but fortunately was abble to use walking sticks in stairs, but it was a bit hard. Overall I give 4/5 stars."

"Property location was excellent however parking is expensive and not always available. The property was not the cleanest and in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa was stained and curtain rail fell of three times. Kitchen hasnt got basic utensils. Couldn’t get into the apartment on multiple occasions but customer service were always helpful. "

"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "Having read previous reviews, we were prepared for a few frustrations. The one big problem was check-in -- I recommend trying to set up a direct line of communication (phone/text) with the host before check-in day.No complaints about the property itself -- secure, roomy, new giant screen tv, well stocked kitchen, etc.There is a heliport nearby but it was not terribly busy during our stay and flights were limited to waking hours."

"Bastante bien en general. La comunicación no ha sido muy fluido. Para entrar en el piso hubo problemas en las claves. El piso bastante nuevo y bien cuidado, la limpieza bien aunque eso depende también de los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones. Recomendable para estancias largas por trabajo o similares. Conexión a internet muy debil."

"My 2nd room was lovely, clean, well-decorated and cosy. I had initially been put in a room with a bit of a fug about it and a broken TV so first impression wasn't great. The lovely guy on reception moved me to a great room which I can't fault at all. Would definitely stay again."

"Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early."

"Would not recommend. The apartment we were allocated did not have the room / beds confguration as per the photos on the Expedia website. Various apartments were described as Elite and Deluxe but all the photos were just jumbled up. Robindoor.com managed the check in. A few days before arrival they demanded a security deposit and photo ID of all the people staying at the apartment (including my children of 16 and 13) or they would not allow us to check in by not releasing the entry door code and...
