"Me and my partner stayed for the weekend and we haven’t got one complaint, the room, hotel and the view was amazing. Everything was so clean and the customer service was outstanding and helpful. They also had a great bar with loads of choices or drinks and a lounge area, it’s a great place to stay and have a relaxing time away. So happy with our stay and will definitely be going back! "

"Hotel staff were really friendly and everywhere was clean. It was a short walk to the city centre and about 10 minute walk from the Highcross shopping centre car park where the parking was only £6 via the hotel discount. We stayed to go to a darts event which was a 20 minute walk. Overall it was a lovely stay."

"Fabulous stay. I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion. We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us. We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness. The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. A huge and very clean room really good and comfortable. The password...

Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly."

"Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. "
