  • The Lily Pad is a six-bedroom, 3.5-bath mountain home outside Asheville, designed around one idea: bring everyone together and let the good times sprawl across every room. This is a house where the pool table gets loud, the popcorn machine runs all weekend, and someone is always floating in the hot tub under the stars.



    Downstairs, the arcade and game room hold over 300 games, a poker table, skee-ball, shuffleboard, and a giant Connect Four. Just off it, the movie lounge has a plush 10-person sofa, a 65-inch smart TV, and an old-fashioned popcorn machine. The boho-styled living room centers on a gas fireplace and record player, while the updated kitchen and coffee bar keep mornings easy and dinners for eight flowing in the adjoining dining room.



    Sleeping up to fourteen across three levels, the layout gives every group its own space:



    Main Level Master Suite: king bed, private en suite bath, workspace, charging station, smart TV, blackout curtains

    Upper Level King Bedroom: king bed, custom woodwork, full closet, smart TV, blackout curtains

    Upper Level Queen Bedroom: queen bed, full closet, dresser, smart TV, blackout curtains

    Star Wars Kids' Bedroom: twin trundle (2 twins) plus a single twin, toys and books for little ones, blackout curtains

    Floral Upper Bedroom: twin trundle (2 twins), work desk, blackout curtains

    Lower Level Master Suite: king bed, private en suite bath, coffee bar, dresser, smart TV, blackout curtains

    Extra sleeper: the large sectional in the movie lounge is a comfortable bed for a 14th guest. We provide pillows, pillowcases and extra blankets (it isn't a pull-out, so no sheets), and a pack 'n play is available for infants.



    Outside is where The Lily Pad comes alive. Sink into the 7-person hot tub, sweat it out in the private sauna, or gather the crew for a movie under the stars. When evening settles in, follow the stone path to the fire pit for marshmallows and stories, or fire up the grill for a cookout. The fully fenced backyard means the dog can run free and little ones can play worry-free.



    Every detail here was chosen for real gatherings — reunions, birthdays, and trips with friends.

Great place, good communication from the host. Couch downstairs was huge and was great for a movie night. Everything was as advertised!

We had such a great time at this property for my bachelor party. With 11 guys we didn’t feel crammed at all, as there are two great spaces to hang out inside plus a great back yard. Great game room in the basement, too. Made some great memories here that we’ll look back on for many years.

The owners really want you to have a good time. They have gone out of their way to accommodate families and have provided many wonderful opportunities for good family time. Clean and nice and easy to communicate and have access to property. We would come back again. The game room is an awesome touch.

Great well stocked house for groups

Enjoyed the stay at this house. The game room was great for a night in when it was raining and the backyard was very usable when the weather was nice out. The beds were comfortable and the pictures online were accurate.

Great Place to Gather!

The place was as beautiful as shown in the pictures. It has great amenities when saying on site. Lots of fun and plenty of room to gather or stretch out. Also, just a short drive to downtown or other attractions. The host was very responsive and helpful.

family reunion

We gathered to celebrate my mother's 80th bday. The house was very warm, accomodating and lots of activities and very well stocked. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to stay again in future.

Perfect spot for our group

Staying at the Lily Pad was, beyond a doubt, our family's greatest experience thus far with a rental property. It was large enough to hold our party of 10 without feeling like we were crammed in like sardines, it was clean, the design and attention to detail was impeccable, and the location was highly convenient to all areas of Asheville. We loved all of the amenities, and felt well supported with consistent communication from Dustin and Jasmine. We can't wait to stay here again!!!

Overall nice stay 20 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Nice house in good condition with lots of amenities for the family. Cleaning could improve and provided specific feedback to owner.

“Seriously so great” …

Our 13, 10, and 8 year old give it 10 out of 5 stars. The 8 year old claims “it’s seriously so great”. We rent a LOT of vacation rentals and the details at this house was very thoughtful, the house was clean and I would definitely recommend. The owners communication was also fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain retreat! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful surroundings and thoughtful details throughout the property. The home was spotless, well-designed, and truly felt like a luxurious escape.The amenities were top-notch — we especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and relaxing outdoor spaces. The sauna, hot tub and fire pit can’t be beat!!!Communication with the host was seamless, check-in was easy, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). This is the perfect place for anyone seeking relaxation, nature, and a little bit of mountain magic.We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in the mountains!

Fantastic stay!

We had an incredible time staying at this location. House was outstanding for large groups. We had plenty of space and several options for gathering areas to hang out together. The game room has literally everything you could want and more. The outdoor area is awesome with several gathering options, games, hot tub and sauna. There is also a fire pit. The inside of the house is spacious and clean with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Location was an easy drive into Asheville and beautifully located in the woods, secluded and quiet. Highly recommend!
