"Clean rooms and facilities. The “heated” pool was not heated. The hot tub was hit but jets not working. These were the main reasons we booked here."

"Room was very clean. Little things like the elevator and breakfast room had areas fixed with duct tape. The pool room was too hot to go in. The ataff evening and morning were very kind and helpful."
