We spent two weeks here enjoying the most spectacular views out over the bay and across to Ithaca and Kefalonia. The villa itself is spacious, privately located, with excellent facilities with plenty of private parking. The lovely owner, Nikoletta, was welcoming, friendly and discrete. We loved our time here enjoying walks (and runs) up to the village of Poros and down to the beach in Mikros Gialos - both about 1km away - 20 minutes by foot. Also a great base for trips to any of the amazing locations in the South of the Island.

Wonderful Villa

We had a great stay at the villa. Clean with some initial provisions which was great. Great communication and directions from owners. The view is unbelievable! Liked the village and not too far to reach other places. We were 2 families with 6 cousins, it suited us brilliantly.

Lovely villa, perfect view

Comfortable, modern villa with amazing views over the bay of Mikros Giallos (which is a lovely bay with turquoise sea and fringed with restaurants). The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to any thing we needed (such as the wi fi going down). The property is divided into 2 self contained apartments, both with 3 double bedrooms and separate kitchens. The pool, although on the small size, was perfect, with its views over the bay and ample, comfortable loungers and shades.

Family Trip

We just left Lefkada today and can't say enough great things about the villa and the hosts. Amazing hospitality....quickly addressing any questions. And their restaurant down the street, Del Mare, was delicious! Thank you Niko, Nikoletta and Mitso!! The Behrakis Family

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Traumhaften Villa ! Traumhafter Ausblick auf die Bucht Richtung Porros Beach ! Ein Ort an dem man sich einfach sehr wohl fühlt ! Wir hatten nicht nur einen RELAX Tag am Pool ! Definitiv einer unserer schönsten Urlaube !

Great villa for large family holiday.

We've just returned from a fantastic 10 days at Villa Giapis, there were 11 of us ranging from 5 years old to 65 years old. The villa has everything needed to make a great family holiday with a good barbecue area and the outdoor dining table was perfect for long lunches. The view from the front of the villa is amazing and to wake up to it every morning just breathtaking. If I could give one criticism it would be that the pool is smaller than expected for twelve people but it didn't stop us from having lots of fun in it! A car is necessary as the villa is located on the side of a hill and is a good walk down to the beach and restaurants and a steep walk back up. Nikoleta, who is the caretaker is fantastic and will help with any problem immediately. Thank you Kate and Lefteris for your hospitality.

Wunderbare Unterkunft für große Familien oder Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren mit 4 befreundeten Paaren (8 Personen) eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist relativ neu und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Es ist sehr sauber und der Ausblick in die Bucht Mikros Gialos ist spektakulär. Man ist schnell am lokalen Strand der verschiedene Restaurants und Cafés bietet, eins davon gehört dem Eigentümer. Diese sind sehr aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt oberhalb des Ortes und einen Mini Markt im Ort. Die Lage des Hauses eignet sich gut für Ausflüge in jede Richtung der Insel. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten und bedanken uns bei Kate und Leftheris sowie bei Nikoletta und Nikos.

Schitterende plek en geweldige villa

Schitterende villa met een adembenemend uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en goed verzorgt. Alhoewel er een weggetje langsloopt, heb je geen last van het verkeer. Kleine ongemakken (kapot bed) werden door de eigenaar direct verholpen zonder problemen. Vriendelijk en snel! Enige punt van kritiek is - de wifi is erg matig (dient te worden verbeterd) - zwembad was voorzien van een bepaald middel dat alle zwemkleding een gele kleur geeft.

Beautiful Villa in a breathtaking location perfect for the ultimate relaxation holiday!

This was an ideal holiday villa for our extended family holiday, (3 Generations) as the villa has 2 separate apartments so although you are together each family can still have their own space. The villa is of a very high quality spec and was immaculate. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the villa was thoroughly cleaned twice a week along with a change of bedding & towels. The villa views are breathtakingly beautiful and the local village Mikros Gialos is a charming place with extremely friendly locals. In fact the villa’s owners live in Mikros Gialos and run one of the local restaurants. They were incredibly kind and helpful to us during our stay and often went well above the call of duty to help us. My only advice would be unless everybody in your party is comfortable with a 15-20min step hill walk, you will need to hire a car. All in all would highly recommend.

good experience

this is what I liked: -the house is very nice, -very good quality on interior, -surrounded by nature, -the road to the house is good -every thing you need you have in the house -the housekeepers are very nice and helpful few minor negative points: -the pool is small -the internet is slow -TVs are small (I hope they will change in future) -the beautiful view is partial obstructed by electricity wires (this was very annoying for me)
