"Quick check in. Clean, spacious and predictable rooms. There is lots of parking. The staff was friendly (unless you were the person trying to put a fully assembled bagel breakfast sandwich into the bagel toaster… even then she was nicer than I would have been). "

"Were there for state tennis matches for High School and meeting other family from different locations all converging at.the same location. Very helpful trying to find rooms for 3 different family groups in close proximity including a dog. Hotel under construction with floor renovation so had to walk around obstacles occassionally. "

"The mattress in our room, 219 was worn down. It was too soft on one side and the other side wasn't much better. My husband's back was bothering him after the 1st night. We did inform the front desk when checking out. "

"over all it was a excellent stay,nice place. only thing we disliked was the bath tub didnt have a anti slip mat or bottom my wife has rods and screws in her back she cannot slip and fall"

"I liked the staff and the over stay. The hotel is close to all the major stores and restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like is a gold member I didn’t receive my two free bottles of water. Overall great stay! "

"The hotel was relatively quiet. Exception is the 1st floor ice maker which is quite loud. Fortunately we did not have a room near it but a friend had the room across from it and said it wasn't good. Be sure to request a room as far away from it as possible. Breakfast coffee and waffles were good. Upon returning in the afternoon the coffee pot was cold, but once a cup is warmed in the microwave it was still good. The staff is very pleasant. Checkin was easy as was checkout. "Spent the weekend in VA and stayed here. Everything was alright. The check in process was quick, they a cozy lobby, and straightforward small hotel. Service staffs are friendly as well. Cleanliness was okay, it was little loud outside with people celebrating for a graduation party, people smoking weed as well. The hallways were loud with children running around and screaming in the early morning and loud chattering from people walking by. You also have to be early for their breakfast because...

"I was unsure about this hotel since the ratings were not that good. We had no choice since there was a graduation in the area and nothing else was available. To my Suprise everything was great. The rooms clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We stayed in the front section of the hotel where someone complained about the traffic noise, but we did not hear any noises."
