"The staff were just so lovely here. Really really friendly, helpful, bubbly and after a 7 hr drive from Brighton to Newcastle it was nice to be greeted with such friendliness. I can’t remember the ladies name who checked us in but she was super nice (I hope she got Sam fender ;) in the end) and the night guy who was there when we returned from St James’s was also such a nice guy, he was still there in the morning so he saw us off.
