"Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning."

"Bob W is an example of a company that has introduced AI without concern for its customers. The check is process creates friction (ie it is time consuming) versus other hotels of a similar price range. Check out the same. It can be ok if nothing goes wrong. But for example when I checked out of my hotel and realized I had left my water bottle in the fridge — there are no on site staff to quickly resolve the problem. "Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside.
Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am.
The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free).
Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

Lovely gardens at the back of the property.
Staff very friendly.
Close to underground stations, amenities and Hyde Park.

"Contaré tal cual mi experiencia. Es un edificio de apartamentos turísticos sin recepción en un pasaje un poco sucio Para entrar necesitas un código , tiene un pasillo muy cute con libros que falta iluminación . La comunicación desde la reserva lo maneja perfectamente la IA recibiendo un mensaje amable ,su página web tiene un buen look comercial que te hace pensar que son apartamentos buenos . Llegué sobre las 8 de la noche al hotel después de un viaje desde España , cansada con mi hija de 13,...
