We had such a brilliant time here, the property was perfect. It's in a great location, plenty of room and very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and the property was neatly kept. I would hope to stay here again.

This was one of our favorite stays yet. The house was perfect described and clean and cozy. Everything was charming and the hosts were so wonderful to work with. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay!!! Super clean, comfortable place! We stayed during the Leadville MTB 100 this year and the location was superb!!!

Great stay

Lovely property with an amazing location. We had a comfortable stay and could not have asked for more. Finally the view from the room of the mountains is something not to be missed, thanks Kevin and Tara.

Cozy Gathering Place

This was a perfect “Basecamp” for a weekend in Leadville. Great hosts who thought of everything you may need from bathroom amenities, kitchen appliances/utensils, and cozy seating throughout the house.

Lovely Home!

This home is very clean and very well stocked and in the perfect part of town… close to everything and 15 minutes to Ski Cooper. The owners were very accessible and very quick to communicate. We will stay here again!

Great vacation home!!

My family of five had a great stay at Tara's home. It was updated with modern touches and furniture, very clean and well stocked. Each room felt spacious and comfortable. And the owners were wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again and again.

This house was perfect for our family. We were in town to attend my niece's wedding at Freight venue just a short walking distance. The house had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Presidents Day weekend ski/snowboard family trip

We really enjoyed this home. Perfect accommodations for our family of 6 for the kids first ski and snowboard experience. Great bedrooms. Clean and cozy. Great kitchen, washer, dryer, hot water, cozy beds. Nice touch with games and spices. Appreciated plenty of clean towels.

Fantastic House, Caring Host

Highly recommend! While the house looks good in photographs, it is even better in person. Great location, plenty of space indoors (tons of seating, good size rooms and kitchen) and outdoors (the back yard/deck is fantastic). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the host was very thoughtful and responsive. We love Leadville and can't wait to come stay here again on our next trip!

Everything we Needed for a Great Stay!

The property was very clean with plenty of towels and linens provided. The kitchen was well-stocked which made it possible for us to do a lot of cooking. Having a parking space in the driveway was nice too. The check-in instructions were clear and accurate.

It's bigger on the inside

We had a larger group and thought it might be a but cramped, but it turned out that there was plenty of space. Walking distance to downtown shops and various trails.

Open and spacious

Wonderful home base for the Leadville 100 weekend. Great location (walkable to downtown) , clean, and well stocked. The photos don’t do this place justice with how open and spacious the house is. Large bed rooms, large wide open hallways and open kitchen. Lovely back yard with space to eat outside and for kids to play. The hosts were responsive and very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the race.

I almost don't want to write this review......

What a wonderful place and beautifully kept and equipped. I almost want to keep this as a secret, it's so good. So I booked our next stay before writing this!! From the way in which it was renovated, to little things, like the pantry has some spices, they've thought of everything. If you want a touristy ski trip, like Breckenridge, or Aspen, Leadville is not for you. If you want a place that is real and beautiful, than it is.
