Heat and air conditioning keep the house comfortable no matter the season. The front outdoor area holds a relaxation area with patio furniture. This home sits on a side hill, overlooking the open cut and city of Lead for a spectacular view. Pets are NOT allowed inside the home due to an allergy situation, but can be kept outside for a fee. It is expected that you pick up after your pet. leaving the yard clean for others. Transportation is available from Lead to Deadwood, which provides a safe and affordable way to go to and from the gaming town.
